IM BACK IN JAPAN // OSAKA TRIP pt 1

Welcome to my second-trip-to-Japan post!

I can finally post this cuz I finally finished my previous post hah

visiting Japan again after 2 years! this time OSAKA wooooo

loook, how cute hahah (i didn't eat it tho)

our flight was an overnight one and damn. I did not sleep well.

for some reason, the air became very dusty?? my nose was not having it.

I think I only got to sleep like 2 hours? I woke at 5.30am cuz 我睡不下去了 TT

I love how Japan is aesthetically beautiful in its architecture, even the shops on the sidewalks.

really, you can tell how most Japanese have some sort of 美感

probably the reason why every photo I took there is so pretty (even with bad angles hahah)

which leads us to the topic of photos.
obviously, I wanted to take lots of photos so I made my bro as my personal photographer.
I took this sample photo of him for him to have reference.

tips: if you want a guy to take a nice photo, give him reference photo first lol

after some editing, satisfied with this photo ohoooo

I continue to force him to help me take photos and eventually he improved.
as you can see from the CNY group photos (he took 'em yass)
he has gained much from this trip (y) HAHA

 then there was this ferris wheel on top of a building in the middle of the city.
yeah.
we got in to watch the sunset.
(the sun sets at around 4pm cuz it was winter TT)

the view was great. look at that city view TvT

(sorry i dont rmb what building is it & i'm not gonna bother to ask my mom hahah)

finally in the homestay.
I put on contact lens cuz I wanted to "practice" hahahha
有一段时间没有戴 so wanna 习惯下 hahah

a heads up, I took quite a lot of selfies during this trip hahah
also, ppl asked me why I keep wearing a mask.
it's cuz the air was so cold, my nose was freezing.
and for when I'm inside, cuz it can 遮丑 HAHA

 went out to the nearby family mart to buy 隔天的早餐 and some snacks!
I love how many street lights there are for pedestrians lol
You know how msia requires some skill to cross roads,
so we have this tendency to just cross the road when there are no cars hahahha
but you know de lah 日本很遵守规矩 hahahah feel guilty when we cross the road during a red light.
(altho really no point, there was srsly no cars, really can 直接过马路 lol)

well cuz since there's family mart in msia now.

GOOD MORNING FROM OSAKA // day 2

 the street where we stayed.
a bit macam an alley.

soooo jealous of their subway system. really jealous.

 i don't know. even this shot looks pretty to me. 随便哪里拍都美

my bro's head blocked the sign but we were at 天保山 (tempozan)

远远就看到 this hugeeee ferris wheel

this is the former biggest, tallest and most technologically advanced observation wheel in the world.
已经不是lambo one liao cuz of London Eye hahah

with mommmmm.
戴口罩的好处: 不用笑, 眼睛笑就好 hahahaha

there's only like 8(?) transparent cable cars in the whole wheel 然后我们硬硬要透明的 hahah

反正也没有很多人

Oh btw it's by Osaka Bay so there's the sea(??)

the blue sky makes me happy.

this cool aquarium. but the entry ticket costs RM90+

回来msia 才懂我们这里也是这个价钱，有点后悔
cuz for sure Japan de very impressiveeeeee TT

we went on a ship cruise called St. Maria (if I rmb correctly)

ship cruise during winter is probably not a very good idea hahah
it was actually only around 16 or 17 degrees BUTTTTTTT
the wind is the culprit.
COLDDDDDD DIEEEEEEEEEE no joke TT

真的不是开玩笑的冷。
那个风又一直吹，眼睛都快开不到了
but I guess it's a pretty good experience.
cuz can imagine and relate to those fishermen's feelings in the winter HAHA

1000+yen lunch (aka RM40+)
expensive, yes, but also yummy!

we had to take off our shoes and put them in these lockers.
I like how the Japanese can integrate their culture everywhere.

I don't know how accurate my prediction was but macam 和狗一样大只 omg

DOTONBURI with that famous Glico guy!
seeing him was a bit surreal, just a bit hahah
cuz he's so iconic that he's just always there 24/7 all year.

I felt so touristy and kinda embarrassed.
forgive me lol

Sooooo many restaurants and 葯 shops.
it's so bright and lively, I love itttttt.

Dotonburi 之前一段路 is just a looooooooooooooong street of shops.
pure shopping bliss hahahah
but I only bought from those 葯 shops cuz I can't afford anything else :'-)

before this trip, Osaka was described as a lively place with crazy big and 夸张 shop signs.
well, it's true. in Dotonburi only tho lol

didn't take many photos of these 夸张招牌 cuz 太多人 and 我不想阻碍交通 hah

but it's a definitely a sight to see hahah
有点 amusement park 的 feel cuz seriouslyyyyyy 夸张

in reality, we didn't ate this dumpling shop. just wanted the photo yep.
