37 DAYS

hellooooo finally decided to update after 37 days into degree life :目

first of all, I was so anxious the night before accommodation check-in day, idk why lol 

sudden nerves don't know for what.

anyways, so I moved in and I don't have a roommate. TT

I was kinda excited so I left a note and a sweet for my nonexistent roommate when I left the dorm.

结果. when I came back, my lil gesture was left untouched lol

but of course 一个人住很好 lah like right now 我没有带耳机播歌一边写blog post (y)

400多个中国人 300多个本地的

太多人所以原本在篮球场的orientation变outdoor了

lighting system on point tho.

Orientation 只有一天 here at xiamen, GOOOOAD. 可是是一整天啦 from like 8am to 11pm(?)

早上 think group name + 口号 then campus tour

吃了午餐后 games time (很明显特地让我们跑来跑去 walao the campus is NOT SMALL OK)

then dinner + rest + wash up 就到 opening ceremony. at night, yes.

表演后提灯笼 (i know it's derps but yea.)

结果太累liao i skipped the very last part of the ceremony.

I spent the whole day with china ppl lol 我当天的accent严重被影响 TT

srsly 严重见证到什么叫马来西亚人神速变腔. we too damn adaptive HAHA

感谢主我当天午餐和晚餐都是有人陪的 awwww

a friend from China that I had lunch & dinner with -- 佩云

AND THEN after that, 接下来的一个星期都是自己吃, 有点悲惨 hahah TT

but on Friday, 鼓起了勇气, 硬硬跟着一个女生和她的朋友吃饭

整桌都是不认识的, 重点, 大家都是刚认识的所以我也没有觉得太 left out.

from then on, i have a friend YAY TvT

ofc now I have friends liao hehehhhh :目 thank God srslyyyyyy.

homeschool毕业后我就把addmaths全部忘记了 TT

连一些基本的算数也忘了 oh gosh TT

有人还问我 (finance course 的) "eh? 你不是account的meh? 数学不是很厉害的meh?"

my maths class is with all msians, we all dying ok HAHA

but the china class walao "我们干嘛要做这些数学题? 太容易了有点没意义" wth teach me senpai.

然后他们也超努力的 taking this studying business real serious :o

maths lecturer told us:

"they've been pushing their limits since day one. msians ah? one day before exam only start to push limits."

我心里想: 所以现在谁比较geng leh? HAHA

classes with more students from China - 30 mins before class

classes with msians - 10 mins before class

然后 cultural difference #2, 中国学生很早进班 lol

已经来到一个地步学校在课室外贴 "请勿霸占位子" 的纸条 tsk tsk 

msians treasure sleep too much xD

我们有点严重 hahah class ald start for one hour, one msian boy only come in HAHA #typicalmalaysians

they're like so respectful to teachers too.

when the lecturer is talking to them, they will stand up to reply like in 小学 wow

when I was back in ucsi, everyone really no shit given HAHA

现在忙了, 都快两个星期没去了 hmmm.
一转眼就过了一个月多。
really 一转眼 == every time it's time to go back "哎哟 这样就一个星期了"
I'm sure the people around me can tell I'm happier here than I was in ucsi ><
since I actually feel like I'm studying something that's worth it.
ucsi's FIA subjects are all kinda no quality so I really didn't like it. like wasting my time.
but I guess FIA at most uni sucks too HAHA so all's good.

我知道三年很快就会过了
虽然不怎么喜欢读书可是不想离开 学生 这个身份 ((矛盾hahah
need to 好好珍惜.

D-7 TO UNI

One week left until I officially begin 3 years of university life in Xiamen (msia lol)
kinda nervous to embark on this whole new journey lol
but excited to get new stationeries, I even got tht weekly planner thing xD
(everything in the pic is from muji)

my timetable for next week:
24th (saturday) - accommodation check-in
25th (sunday) - orientation (所以要skip bb)
26th (monday) - class officially starts

kinda surreal that i'm starting degree life, but at the same time I can't wait for it.
cuz seriously, I've been spending the past 5 months lifelessly. 真的不能再lifeless下去了
lifeless到连blog都没什么update tsk.
I know that I should treasure these last few days of lifelessness
but 讲真的, 我发霉了 == wth am i doing with my 18th year on earth ugh (lifeless18)
然后, 其实我也没有调整好我的 sleeping schedule, 反而有点变本加厉 hahahah

hopefully, as i begin degree life and a routine, i'll finally get back on track and move forward.


希望我的roommate会是个好roommate, pleaseeeee. 最好是比我干净的 XD
希望我去到那边不会被中国同学们影响我的 accent (虽然很大可能会被影响 TT)(i like msian accent ok)
希望我能进排球社 and have fun with it (cuz i'm insecure)

FOOD HUNT

**oh gosh, I'm so behind on all of my posts. this has been sitting in my drafts for 2 months ald lol**

Honestly, I usually wouldn't spend so much money on food because I don't have much of a standard for food. 我很好养 未来男友你钱包有福了 HAHA okay lah I like eating nice food too. I guess the fact that I'll be working again tempted me hahah anyways, spent some money on a cup of mocha and a piece of cake that isn't even all that nice == BlackTower 只是外面好看罢了, 食物水没有讲怎样好吃好喝 oops. Yamcha with AC, WY and Derek. Not a usual combo hahahah 其实我和wy只是配角罢了 sobs xD
